Foreign Worker Recruitment for Employers
Hiring a foreign worker is a 2 step process. First, you must obtain approval to hire a foreign worker by applying for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) from the Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). Then, after finding a foreign worker, the foreign worker must apply for a work permit. Applying for an LMIA is a very tedious, daunting and error prone process and this is where we come in to help you.
Sometimes, foreign workers do not need LMIA to work to Canada but they still need a work permit.
We can help you apply for the LMIA and your worker’s work permit. And eventually, we can help with your worker’s permanent residency application.
Also, we will also help process the Overseas Employment Certificate of the employer and employee. This 2 step process is a Philippine government requirement in order to deploy Philippine workers. We will process this tedious process on the employers behalf.
